Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end-users to refine business specifications for FX platform functionalities.
- Develop comprehensive functional and technical testing plans and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Liaise with Development, Organization, Business, and Operations teams to ensure accurate functional coverage and validate test scenarios.
- Monitor and manage the implementation and rollout of new features.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues, and coordinate component releases across different environments.
- Provide support to the support team on resolving complex functional issues as level 2 or 3 support when necessary.

- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellence.
- Substantial experience as an IT Business Analyst in a banking environment.
- Creativity, innovation, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Autonomy to engage directly with Front Office business users.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Good knowledge of FX Cash products and the FX trade life cycle.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry preferred.
