We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our well-established client.

MFK Recruitment has successfully recruited 26 individuals for this well-established company in the past 3 years. Extremely ambitious company and they’re very interested in having individuals join their team who are keen to progress and succeed.

Hybrid working is in play, remote working with one day per week in my client’s office in Reigate. There will also be some occasional travel to meet potential customers in the South of England. Salary is £35k-£40k, with £60k-£80k OTE.

My client is growing! As such, they’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help maximise their client base and help them continue to drive this success forward.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation level of IT knowledge and a visible passion for relationship management, alongside a strong drive for success and ambition to further develop their career path.

The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through proactively seeking new business revenues, nurturing new business relationships and researching new market opportunities and partnerships.

Business Development Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and develop business relationships to drive new business revenue
  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Grow and nurture recurring revenue
  • Develop network of contacts and generate leads to attract new opportunities
  • Develop key partnerships for driving business growth
  • Collaborate with Marketing to widen business reach and create attractive offerings through promotional strategy

Business Development Manager - Skills and Experience required:

  • Confident communicator & strong negotiator
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Sales/BD role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Goal-orientated & target focussed
  • Team Player
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
