It Business Support Analyst

VANRATH are pleased to be working with a top 100 NI business company on their search for an IT Business Support Analyst. This opportunity is based full-time on-site in Newry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support company wide and will report into the Head of IT.

The Role

• Providing 1st line technical support
• Working on ERP projects
• Data maintenance on company systems
• Assist in writing IT documentation reports

The Ideal Person

• Previous experience in an IT support role
• Windows server knowledge
• Cloud technology knowledge (Azure)
• SQL server experience
