It Business Systems Manager

Hays are working with an innovative organisation based in the Bristol region to support with the recruitment of a permanent IT Business Systems manager. The role can be hybrid / remote depending on your preferences and the organisation offer a competitive benefits package, including a salary ranging between £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
Your new role
In the role you will manage a technical team of Developers and System Administrators who specialise in a variety of systems including Power BI, D365, SharePoint, DevOps etc. You will set up daily stand ups, provide direction and support when required and ensure projects are effectively managed and delivered. You will work with the wider organisation and liaise with senior stakeholders and other teams.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be suitable for this role you will need to have worked in a similar role, managing a technical team and have a good understanding of general IT Business Systems. Experience of working in ERP environments (D365) will be beneficial and you must have excellent stakeholder management skills. You won\'t need technical knowledge but will have experience managing teams responsible for IT systems such as D365, Power BI, SharePoint, DevOps, Power Platform etc.
