People's Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor with proficiency in auditing Change and IT functions. In this role, you will collaborate with the Internal Audit Manager to lead an independent and effective Internal Audit function. As a key player, you will provide independent assurance that risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating optimally.

Your Role
Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of individual audits as per the annual plan and contributing to various audit matters and projects.
- Performing assigned audits to a high standard
- Assisting in the development of less experienced team members
- Advancing the audit function's data analytics capabilities
- Collaborating with other assurance providers
- Managing stakeholder relationships across the group

Requirements
- minimum of 4 years IT audit / IT experience
- Previous internal audit, risk management, or finance experience
- Education to A Level/Equivalent
- Ability to converse with Stakeholders at all levels
- An aptitude for coding that could be developed to assist in data analytics
- Ideally (but not essential) CISA qualified
