Job Description
Our client is a successful, small business who work with large businesses across the country, supporting their customers with all areas of desktop IT support and telecoms support.
Your role will be to provide remote Desktop Support to users over the telephone and via remote access. This support could be areas such as;
- Resolving general IT/computer issues such as network connectivity.
- Printers/peripheral support.
- Issues of slowdown/crashing.
- Support with telecoms equipment.
- Resetting of passwords and login information.
This is a varied and interesting role, with no two days the same! We are therefore looking for someone who has a qualification in an IT-related subject, or is currently studying a relevant IT subject, and is looking for a full-time Desktop Support role.
Ideally you will be a driver and hold a UK driving license, as this company’s office is based rurally, close to Banbury. Working hours are 9.am – 5.pm, Monday to Friday. The company are looking to hire someone straight away, so please apply today for a fast response.
