My client is a Managed Service Provider specialising in supporting schools, colleges, and universities nationwide, and is looking to expand their team. If you're interested, then continue reading.
Day-to-Day:
- Supporting end-users remotely and in-person
- Travelling to client sites to support technical issues hands-on as well as complete complex projects.
- Work alongside your team to resolve issues and complete project work.
- Aid the creation and development of technical documentation.
Requirements:
- A UK driving license.
- Ideally, you will have your own vehicle.
Tech Stack:
- Windows Server
- Office 365
- Networking
- Routers/Switches
- VMWare and/or Hyper-V
- Hardware support
