I am working with a forward thinking and innovative IT Managed service provider who are looking for a couple of people to join the helpdesk.
The roles I am looking to fill are 1st line support engineers and possibly a 2nd line role too.
The skills I am looking for are at least 6m-1year working in a 1st line helpdesk role supporting various customers on a range of IT and other technology related issues, you will have a good understanding of the Microsoft stack of technology, ideally 365 and Azure but not essential. A professional manner, a great attitude to learning and progressing yourself as well as a keen interest in Technology is just what I am looking for.
