Working in partnership with my client, we seek a proactive and engaging IT Helpdesk Advisor to join their friendly and established team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your IT career, and where you can add real value to the team.
The role:
- Be the first point of contact for colleagues
- Ensure all requests received via phone/email are logged
- Escalate tickets where appropriate
- Administer and maintain all account directories, onboarding / offboarding staff
- Setup, manage and support the organisation's devices
- Support the wider IT team with system upgrades
Person specification:
- Previous IT or customer service experience
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week), however after a successful probation period, there will be the option to work from home 1 day per week.
