Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve help desk tickets efficiently
- Enhance service quality and support wider IT initiatives
- Provide technical assistance for software, hardware, and system issues
- Support new technology rollouts and user training
Skills and Competencies:
- A minimum of 2 years’ IT Helpdesk experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical understanding (Microsoft Office365, Active Directory, etc.)
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
