JOB TITLE: IT Helpdesk Support - Immediate Start

LOCATION: Brighton

HOURS: 36.5 Hours

SHIFTS: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Onsite

RATE: £12.90 per hour

DURATION: 3 Months INITALLY

About the role:

• 1st line and Helpdesk Support and advice to employees
• Conduct software and hardware installations and upgrades
• Maintaining and diagnosing and resolving hardware and software systems and issues
• Perform daily checks
• Keep a record of help desk issues and resolutions

• Responsible for deploying endpoint detection and response software to Windows and Mac laptops and PCs
• Working in a busy IT department supporting 500+ users
• Investigate devices where an installation of software has been attempted previously but has not been completed because of a problem.

About you:

• Highly computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows
• A determined attitude to succeed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Enjoys working on their own initiative and as part of a team
