SalaryJOB TITLE: IT Helpdesk Support - Immediate Start
LOCATION: Brighton
HOURS: 36.5 Hours
SHIFTS: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Onsite
RATE: £12.90 per hour
DURATION: 3 Months INITALLY
About the role:
- 1st line and Helpdesk Support and advice to employees
- Conduct software and hardware installations and upgrades
- Maintaining and diagnosing and resolving hardware and software systems and issues
- Perform daily checks
- Keep a record of help desk issues and resolutions
- Responsible for deploying endpoint detection and response software to Windows and Mac laptops and PCs
- Working in a busy IT department supporting 500+ users
- Investigate devices where an installation of software has been attempted previously but has not been completed because of a problem.
About you:
- Highly computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows
- A determined attitude to succeed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Enjoys working on their own initiative and as part of a team
