Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team in London. As the IT Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, managing both day-to-day operations (BAU) and strategic projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and contribute to the ongoing success of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Manage a team of three IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IT technologies and trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing IT operations and projects, preferably in a global manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows, Office 365, and Azure.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure Administrator) are a plus.

Salary - £65,000 - £80,000 including bonus and benefits
