We are currently looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to join a well-established Charitable organisation in Berkshire. The right candidate will lead and develop all aspects of IT service delivery and operational improvement.
Responsibilities:
To lead a small team of IT Helpdesk Support Technicians
To ensure the smooth running of supported IT systems
To ensure the security of all IT hardware through regular software updating and firmware patching
To provide outstanding, proactive, accessible support to all users
To oversee support to users via the helpdesk system
To provide second/third line support knowledge, to resolve more complex and larger impact issues
To provide support to first line technicians
Requirements:
Experience of working at 2nd /3rd line level is essential
Team leadership experience
Happy to work on-site
A relevant degree or IT qualification is ideal
