This company is an established name within the Aerospace industry with a long-standing history and ambitious plans. They are looking for an individual to join the IT Department to support the IT infrastructure across their UK and US site.
Your responsibilities will include managing and implementing new IT projects, overseeing the maintenance and development of the business infrastructure across both the UK and US sites in alignment with the company's goals and requirements. You will have the opportunity to liaise and manage contracts with third-party suppliers to optimize IT performance. This is an Office based role in Worcester. And due to the nature of the business you may be required to adapt to US working hours when required.
The ideal candidate will an ambitious and pro-active individual with previous experience in an IT Manager position or strong experience as Lead within and IT Infrastructure role. The candidate should have strong experience in Windows Server administration, Cloud technologies and Project Management.

The Role:
*Implementation and Management of IT Projects
*Infrastructure Support and Development
*Contract, Application and Support liaising with 3RD parties
*Providing IT support to both the UK and US sites
*Office based 5 days a week in Worcester
The Person:
*Previous experience in IT Manager role or Lead Infrastructure/Support positions.
*Experience with Windows Server Administration
*Experience with Cloud Based Technologies like Azure/AWS/GCP.
*Strong communication, project management and organisational skills
*Full right to work in the UK
