Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex issues effectively and efficiently liaising with multiple third parties
- Manage the network including VLAN configuration, Network Convergence, and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Manage Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
- Provide a high level of technical support and assistance to all colleagues, and guests when required.
- Manage technical projects from end to end, and able to maintain communication and engagement with multiple departments simultaneously.
- Manage GDPR, Data Protection, and Cyber Security
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hotel IT background with networking experience
- Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
- 3yrs+ experience in hotel applications, such as Opera, InfoGenesis and Knowcross
- Good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365, including Endpoint Manager (Intune).
