As our IT Operations Manager, you'll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you'll be doing:

• You'll be responsible for the smooth operation of the IT Operations Control Centre.
• You'll be recruiting and scheduling staff, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• You'll define and improve the operational process to move from a reactive to a proactive stance with IT incidents.

What you'll have:

• You'll have effective communication with subject matter experts and management during major incidents.
• You'll be experienced in building and running 24/7 IT operations in a mission-critical environment.
• You'll have an appreciation of corporate networking platforms - Cisco Nexus, BigIP F5s.
• You'll be experience of building and maintaining effective monitoring platforms across applications and underlying infrastructure.
• You'll know AppDynamics, Microsoft SCOM, Dynatrace, Elastic, Solarwinds would be advantageous.
• You'll have knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
