IT Operations Manager

Based at Worcester Park or Horley

We are looking for an experienced and confident IT Operations Manager to join our expanding IT function. This is a new role which will help the Group achieve best practice in IT and enable the IT Director to focus more on the strategic goals of the business.

As a consumer-facing business, operating 24/7, providing services to vulnerable people, we want our clients’ experience to be the best it can be. In the role of IT Operations Manager, you will drive the IT operation to ensure all our internal teams receive a great service so that, in turn, their focus is on making our clients’ experience the best it can be. You will build and operate a high-performing, high-quality support model, further leveraging our outsourced 3rd party partner and building a key user network.

We support our clients through two service lines, one of which is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We have centralised sales, finance, recruitment, and HR functions, with a 100% cloud-based applications and infrastructure based on Microsoft technology stack.

Critical to the success of this role is the building of strong collaborative relationships with our applications and support partners, ensuring the business continues operating on a secure, stable, up to date and high availability infrastructure with timely delivery of infrastructure changes, upgrades, and adoption of new technologies.

Salary: £55,000.00 per year
