Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in regulatory reporting, specifically in either Capital or Liquidity reporting. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant experience in project management within the financial sector.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage IT projects related to regulatory reporting, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
Utilize expertise in regulatory reporting, particularly in Capital or Liquidity reporting, to guide project execution and ensure accuracy.
Familiarity with COREP (Common Reporting) standards is highly desirable.
Experience with Axiom software is preferred, as it will be beneficial in streamlining reporting processes.
Manage project budgets effectively, with experience in budget management ranging in the region of 1.5 million.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven experience in regulatory reporting, with a focus on either Capital or Liquidity reporting.
Knowledge of COREP (Common Reporting) standards is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Axiom software or similar regulatory reporting tools.
Strong budget management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
