Form of workWe are excited to be partnering with a global business to recruit an IT Programme Manager as part of a wider technology initiative to enhance the company's Blockchain platform. This a permanent role paying up to £96,000 and will be fully remote with occasional travel to their London or Midlands office.
The Role
We are looking for an IT Programme Manager with significant experience in managing and shaping multiple technology programmes, ensuring their smooth execution from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and oversee complex IT programmes that integrate Blockchain, AI technologies from inception to delivery
- Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, product managers and business stakeholders
- Design and monitor programme objectives, ensuring budgets, time-lines are delivered accurately
- Drive the design, development and deployment of blockchain-based applications
- Manage and mentor a team of Blockchain developers
About You
- Multiple years' experience in IT Programme Management with a focus on Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and sustainable investment
- Strong knowledge of Blockchain technologies, including distributed ledgers, smart contracts, consensus algorithms and cryptography
- Proficient in multiple Blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric
- Experience in deploying DApps and smart contracts using Solidity
- Understanding of Blockchain security practicies, tokenization, Token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721), Truffle, Web3.js, and cryptocurrency standards
- Proven track record in integration, and governance within complex Blockchain ecosystems
