IT Project Coordinator

This Global Charity Organisation is seeking a proactive and dynamic IT Project Coordinator to work closely within the IT Project Management team to provide administrative support and to contribute to the success of a major digital transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for IT project management team using in-house databases
- Arranging meetings including booking and setting up meeting rooms and proficiency with Zoom / Microsoft Teams
- Producing report appendices & ensure report formatting is completed to a high level
- Ensure all Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions are entered onto the project RAID log.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Experience of IT project administration
- Proficiency in MS Office & SharePoint
- Good understanding of budget finances
- Confidence in communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
