This Global Charity Organisation is seeking a proactive and dynamic IT Project Coordinator to work closely within the IT Project Management team to provide administrative support and to contribute to the success of a major digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for IT project management team using in-house databases
• Arranging meetings including booking and setting up meeting rooms and proficiency with Zoom / Microsoft Teams
• Producing report appendices & ensure report formatting is completed to a high level
• Ensure all Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions are entered onto the project RAID log.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills Required:

• Experience of IT project administration  
• Proficiency in MS Office & SharePoint
• Good understanding of budget finances
• Confidence in communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
