to work closely within the IT Project Management team to provide administrative support and to contribute to the success of a major digital transformation
project.Key Responsibilities:Administrative support for IT project management team using in-house databasesArranging meetings including booking and setting up meeting rooms and proficiency with Zoom / Microsoft TeamsProducing report appendices & ensure report formatting is completed to a high levelEnsure all Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions are entered onto the project RAID log.Ad-hoc duties as required.Skills Required:Experience of IT project administrationProficiency in MS Office & SharePointGood understanding of budget financesConfidence in communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Benefits:Join an organisation that making a real impact in the world!
