Salary – up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a Project Manager, to join our brilliant IT team on a fixed term contract for Maternity Cover.

This role will be fast paced and rewarding. You will own and manage multiple projects from concept through to service transition across the Welcome Break business, where we have an exciting roadmap ahead.  

What will your role look like?

You will be responsible for:

• Planning, management and delivery of IT Projects. Owning, documenting and driving all stages of the project lifecycle
• Defining the project scope; requirement gathering and analysis and functional, technical and business objectives
• Managing the project budget and technical resources, including 3rd parties where appropriate
• Developing and maintaining details project plans. Tracking all risks, actions and issues and preparing and issuing project status updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership teams

About you

Ideally we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of IT Project Management, ideally with a focus on applications e.g. ERP, Finance and Inventory, HRIS, Payroll, Time and Attendance, POS, digital applications
• Experience with data and systems integration projects would be beneficial
• Previous experience in managing IT projects with a hospitality or retail environment would be very advantageous
• Working knowledge and understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies is essential
• Use of project management apps is desired (e.g. Project, Jira, DevOps)
• Formal Project Management qualifications is preferred (e.g. Prince 2, PMP)
