Location: Leeds, UK (90% remote)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Software Delivery: Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and objectives.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions and infrastructure enhancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Budget and Resource Management: Effectively manage project budgets, allocate resources appropriately, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed promptly to minimise impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience managing end-to-end software delivery projects and IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of software development processes and IT infrastructure components.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
