Principal IT are working with an established MSP based in Scunthorpe that are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager.
In this role as a Project Manager you will be reliable for the Infrastructure & IT Services projects. As a Project Manager you will be helping by supporting the delivery of all IT services to business with a sharp focus on IT customer service, security and best cost whilst also implementing best practice tools.
Ideally my client is looking for someone who a minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role and has excellent communication skills, self-motivated, well driven and passionate about IT and has an excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of projects, working with the IT Operations Manager.
- Ensure the achievement of common infrastructure & service solutions.
- Resource management, matrix managing internal teams and 3rd party suppliers as required.
- Project management tooling (Jira/ MS Project/ Advanced Roadmaps/ Trello)
- Agile/ waterfall
- Project delivery planning, creating, and maintaining phase/stage plans and detailed projects plans.
- Developing self-organised/ cross functional teams
- Support the IT Operations Manager in the identification and delivery of business benefits.
- Responsible for overseeing the successful completion of project(s) and can work in a wide variety of fields, with specific focus on Infrastructure & Services within budget and scope.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, risks, dependencies, quality, resources and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate work assignment with both internal resources and external service providers.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project in reports.
- Managing project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Progress monitoring and reporting, including presentation of project status and key decisions to project steering groups.
- Develop, update and/or maintain all relevant documentation.
