AddressWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team of technology professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a senior-level IT support background with experience in Microsoft upgrade and migration projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects and delivering technical solutions that align with our clients business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these baselines.
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members and vendors.
- Manage project communications, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with experience in Microsoft upgrade and migration projects.
- Excellent technical skills with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, VMware.
- Solid IT Support with commercial 3rd line experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project milestones.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Any project management and/or infrastructure qualifications would be beneficial.
