Join our leading Digital Agency as a key member in the role of Project Manager. This exciting and long-term opportunity within our well-established firm promises a clear career path for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to craft comprehensive project plans and briefs, goals, defining scope and collaborate with senior management and account leads
• Manage project timelines, budget tracking and resource allocation
• Serve as a liaison between customers and Designers/Developers.
• Perform departmental administration, utilising tools such as Discord, Trello & Outlook to record key project achievements.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Oversee the full project development life cycle for clients acquired through sales.
• Provide responsive and proactive client service, communicating deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and schedules while resolving issues promptly.
• Manage and collaborate with multiple clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Digital Agency delivering Digital Projects
• Proven experience in understanding client objectives and developing project plans that align with objectives
• Proficiency in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management
• Broad knowledge of the digital marketing and creative technology sector, including CMS systems, web design, e-commerce, mobile web, and SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of personal organisation and attention to detail
• Proficient in English speaking and communication
• Consistent use of project management methods
• Experience in administration or customer services, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Understanding of complexities and task flows for various digital products
