Excellent opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join a global leader in the pharmaceuticals industry.

Client Details

I am currently working with a global leader in pharmaceuticals.

My client is looking for a IT Project Manager to join their business as they roll out some exciting and innovate projects.

This role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.

Description

• Manage IT projects, ensuring you are delivering in scope, on budget and on schedule.
• Support analysis and formalisation of business requirements, define project objectives and scope
• Establish project plans, give guidance to project team members and coordinate assignments.
• Set and track milestones and deliverables
• Identify project risks and issues and propose mitigation actions
• Manage unforeseen situations / delays, realign schedule and expectations as needed.
• Adherence to IT security policies and standards set by the Global IT PMO
• Establish and implement project communication plans, provide status updates to stakeholders
• Assess business impacts of IT projects, organise change management and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Use project management tools to track project performance and progress

Profile

• Bachelor or Master in Computer or Information Sciences or a related field is an advantage
• English fluency is a MUST; German is nice to have
• Previous experience in Pharma or CDMO is desirable
• Certification in Project Management, preferably PMP from PMI
• Thorough understanding of Project Management processes, principals, strategies, and methods.
• Understanding of validation of GxP-relevant computerised systems
• Experience with waterfall, hybrid and agile delivery approaches
• Additional certification as IT Solution Consultant from SAP, Microsoft, others is an advantage
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialised applications, software, used in the organisation and the industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Project Management tools
• Experience in working in a complex international environment

Job Offer

• Salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
• 10% bonus
