The Role
You will be working covering the US regions, focusing on the contract market in technologies such as ERP, Cloud, BI and Data.. You will be required to expand the brand further through business development. You will be building relationships with new clients negotiating T&Cs and understanding the real needs of the organisations.
You will work alongside a team of recruiters to make sure they identify the best individuals for the clients needs.
This is a role that will give you the opportunity to drive and have a real impact on the future of the recruitment functions of the business.
Creating and closing new business opportunities
Networking, cold calling and arranging visits with prospective clients in relation to their ongoing recruitment needs
Develop and expand a sales strategy
Work within the existing team of consultants and senior management to maximise sales opportunities
Keep up-to-date with the current recruitment market, within specific sectors
Select and resource the right candidates
Manage to entire recruitment process
What are we looking for
At least one year experience in IT recruitment
Hungry for success and target driven
A demonstrable track record
