Internal Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager – IT/Tech

£25000 - £30000 (plus bonuses)

They are currently looking for an internal Resourcer/ Account Manager to work within a small but expanding team alongside the Service Delivery Manager on IT contract placements within the IT/Tech sector.
The Role:
The position will involve working internally to build a talent pool for IT contract placements, attracting and sourcing candidates from the IT sector who are then supplied to existing Government contracts. There is also an element of coordinating recruiting requirements as well as planning the candidate pipeline for projects and bids. The ability to build relationships is fundamental for this role and there is also an element of holding events and coming up with new ideas for the company. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys working with people to build talent pools.
Your Experience:
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 year’s agency recruitment experience with knowledge and experience of the IT sector
- Creativity and someone who can add value and is excited about a growth project.
- Resourcing skills, ideally developed within a recruitment agency.
