Role: IT Sales Director
Location: Birmingham OR London - Either location - Hybrid working
Remuneration: £120K Basic + car allowance (£6,000) - OTE of £180-200,000 + excellent corporate benefits

Chapman Tate Associates seeks an IT Sales Director to join this award-winning Managed IT Services, Cloud Hosting, and expert IT Consultancy provider. My client are internationally based and well renowned throughout the IT Sector.
You will report into the board and oversee a team of 6. There will be growth to double the size of the team in the next 6-months.
You will oversee a yearly budget of £6million revenue, whilst guiding, mentoring and leading them to great successes!
As well as leading some of the largest accounts, you will also work closely with the Marketing team to deliver effective campaigns, and deputise for the CSO to help drive sales approvements across the companies.
My client needs the following:
- A proven track record of managing sales people to a quota
- Experience of managing performance - high and low
- Evidence of sales success in addition to managing people - Sole contributor
- Evidence of leading a significant account(s)
- Knowledge of and experience in the Managed Services environment
Must Haves:
- A driving licence
- Minimum 5 years experience of managing sales teams
- IT MSP / Cloud Services / IT Outsourcing experience
- A recognised sales management process
- Working knowledge of account development planning and forecasting
Desired:
- Experience of working / overseeing Cyber / Cyber Security Solutions / IT Managed Serviced Contracts
- Experience of Cloud based offerings e.g. AWS, Azure
The role will sit on a board with a view of growth to a CRO level of position in the long-term. Further pipelining will have to be done to recruit your successor to the manage the team you have built up.
You will also be part of a business where there will be a number of acquisitions and mergers taking place. The landscape will be rapidly changing and you could be overseeing other teams/budgets from one month to the next.
