It Security Manager

IT Security Manger required to join well established business at the early stages of launching a new SAAS product. This role would suit an existing IT Security Manager in a larger team who is keen to take on over all responsibility on a 'head of' role within a smaller business.

In this newly created role, you will lead the OT Security team, reporting to the Global Head of Infrastructure, you will develop and implement strategies to safeguard Operational Technology systems against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a strategic security plan for OT aligned with overall security strategy.
• Establish clear goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct risk assessments and deliver mitigation strategies.
• Formulate and update policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Implement a robust OT security architecture.
• Develop incident response plans and coordinate activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and facilitate audits.
• Develop training programs and foster a security-aware culture.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with security service providers.

Qualifications:
Essential

• Extensive experience in OT security, designing and implementing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OT technologies, protocols, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
