• Help to maintain Fb's IT Systems.
• Help shield Fb's IT Systems from external or internal security threats.
• Provide IT support to Fb's employees via Fb's IT Help Desk.
• Support Fb's clients by assisting in the design, installation and maintenance of IT systems at each plant.
• Set up new laptops according to Fb's standards.
• Help maintain Fb's routers, switches and servers (including documenting how they work, which changes you've made, and why).
• Manage software licenses.
• Administer Office365.
• Help maintain Fb's cloud infrastructure.
• Help develop Fb's DSGVO plan, including training users on computer security and (personal) data protection.
• Assist in developing the IT budget.
• Support ERP & ERP–related software programs (MS Dynamics).
• Support Fb's marketing department in maintaining and tuning Fb's public web site.

• Willingness to communicate.
• Above–average interest in computers and computer networks.
• Experience and knowledge in: Windows, PCs, Linux, FreeBSD, IP Networking, AWS, shell programming, and general network and system administration.
• Know–how regarding computer security.
