Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Trafford House

Trust: Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust

Duration: 2 Months (Subject to review, High Possibility of Extension/Conversion)

Job type & Shift Patterns: Full time, Monday - Friday 8am-4am or 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week (100% On-site)

Pay Rate: £12.86/Hr.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist users in setting up and configuring MFA for their accounts.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on how to use different MFA methods, such as email, mobile apps, or phone.
  • Troubleshoot any issues users may encounter during the MFA setup or authentication process.
  • Handle enquiries and troubleshoot problems related to MFA authentication failures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing user concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document MFA-related issues, resolutions, and user interactions in Trust IT System Manage Engine
  • Must have Experience/Knowledge of Microsoft Systems and Multi Factor Authentication methods.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, security teams, and other relevant departments to address MFA-related challenges.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven knowledge/experience Multi Factor Authentication & administrative support in an IT environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Incident response and resolution documentation.
  • Knowledge of Manage Engine is Desirable.
