Hays are supporting a growing organisation based in the centre of Bristol to recruit a permanent IT Service Desk Analyst. The role is paying a salary of circa £28,000pa depending on experience and will offer hybrid working post-probation period. The organisation offers career progression and personal development and are currently going through an exciting growth period.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving and escalating tickets submitted to the Service Desk. You'll provide excellent customer service and technical support to users. You will support with hardware troubleshooting for laptops, monitors, and other equipment. You'll have exposure to project-based work with the senior engineer and IT service delivery manager. You'll support the following software and applications: M365 Applications, Windows Operating systems, Azure AD.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To consider for this, you will need to have varied experience working in a similar IT Service Desk / support role providing 1st and 2nd line support for end users. Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD user administration will be essential. It will be beneficial to have exposure to Windows server, TCP / IP networking and PowerShell / scripting. You will need excellent customer service skills and a passion for technology and IT.
