My client, a leading investment management company based in London, is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a dynamic IT team on a permanent basis. The chosen candidate will be doing a combination of 1st line support and contributing to the success of the business through troubleshooting infrastructure issues, providing end-user support and assisting in IT training.
Experience required:
- Solid technical support experience, specifically in first-line support.
- Experience working in Financial Services (Investment Management strongly preferred).
- Experience working on SCCM (Essential).
- Active Directory or Service Now experience is strongly desired.
- Proven advanced-level experience with desktop software tools.
