If you are an IT Helpdesk Manager who has experience of managing a busy Service Desk and can directly manage 2nd & 3rd Line Engineers - then this may be an opportunity not to be missed!
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong leadership abilities and who must have experience in running a Service Desk team following ITIL best practices.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The role has 4 Key Elements:
1) Team Management - Inspire, lead, supervise, coach, and develop the IT helpdesk team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times through your own management style.
2) Technical Support - Oversee and prioritise the resolution of technical support requests & continuously review and improve support processes.
3) Incident and Problem Management - Support the IT Director with implementation of best practices for incident and problem management, including identification, investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis
4) Essential key skills and experience - ITIL / Experience of running an IT Support Helpdesk / Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities / Exceptional customer service
What you\'ll get in return
This Senior Management role comes with a Basic salary of between £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Package. Based at the Organisations HQ - there is an opportunity to work from Home or other smaller Offices if required. The role is based in East Yorkshire and the successful Candidate must be within commutable distance.
