Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an IT Admin Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our business by ensuring efficient support operations and maintaining 24/7 support coverage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Frontline Helpdesk Support:
   • Assist with support calls, tickets, and ensure the seamless operation of the Frontline Helpdesk.
   • Handle incidents, queries, and problems reported into the IT Helpdesk System.
   • Collaborate with all members of the Helpdesk team to achieve optimal outcomes for our users.
2. Technology Team Support:
   • Work closely with the Technology team to address support tickets, tasks, and changes that contribute to the business's overall goals.
   • Provide assistance in implementing changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
3. 24x7 Support:
   • Ensure uninterrupted 24x7 support to the Hub by effectively managing support operations.
   • Develop and manage a robust rota system to ensure continuous coverage, making certain that support is always available.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on helpdesk operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.
