We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an IT Admin Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our business by ensuring efficient support operations and maintaining 24/7 support coverage.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontline Helpdesk Support:
- Assist with support calls, tickets, and ensure the seamless operation of the Frontline Helpdesk.
- Handle incidents, queries, and problems reported into the IT Helpdesk System.
- Collaborate with all members of the Helpdesk team to achieve optimal outcomes for our users.
- Technology Team Support:
- Work closely with the Technology team to address support tickets, tasks, and changes that contribute to the business's overall goals.
- Provide assistance in implementing changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- 24x7 Support:
- Ensure uninterrupted 24x7 support to the Hub by effectively managing support operations.
- Develop and manage a robust rota system to ensure continuous coverage, making certain that support is always available.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on helpdesk operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.
