My client is currently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their IT team.

One of the country’s leading providers of care, health, and education services, this business specialises in supporting vulnerable people to help them achieve a positive future.
The Role
This business is on the search for an experienced IT Support Analyst to take responsibility for the daily management of their support ticket system. You’ll be providing timely solutions to ensure resolution to the end users.
You will also be responsible for:
- Providing ongoing Asset Management support.
- Coordinating the rollout of Cisco Meraki networking devices and protocols across the business.
- Maintaining Office 365 and other user software.
- Managing the New Starter process.
- Proactive maintenance of network security and firewalls.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
My client are on the search for an IT professional with a “can do” attitude! You will aim to exceed expectations and take a keen interested in continuously bettering your knowledge. You should also have a keen interested in cyber security, as you’ll be involved in spotting and mitigating any risk that to the network and systems and strengthening protocols in these areas.
This role will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
You should have the following skills/experience:
- Some knowledge of Office 365 Technologies, ITIL practices, and Cisco Meraki Networking.
- Hands-on experience of cabling
- Ability to build excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
