The IT Support Analyst & Trainer will be responsible for assisting attorneys and staff with all training needs and assisting with any technical issues or questions related to computer hardware or software either desk side, phone or email. This position will facilitate engaging learning programs to onboard, train, coach, and support firm personnel.
IT Support Analyst & Trainer Key Duties:
- Maintain training information, learning plans, and calendars, in the Learning Management System
- Conduct new hire, continuing education, or rollout training in-person or web-based delivery for the core firm applications
- Assist with the creation of in-house training documentation and customizing vendor documentation to meet firm and departmental standards
- Provide concierge level technical support service to professionals and staff either desk side, via phone, email or remotely
- Perform troubleshooting, research and documentation of incidents
- Uses incident management system to properly document and escalate issues as they are observed or reported
- Participate with the planning, preparation and success of video conferences, web conferences and events
- Assist with the quality assurance process for new technology
- Ensure escalations from the service desk are prioritised to resolve technology assistance requests
- Coordinate and review contracts relating to phone, internet and printer/scanner services
- Budget forecasting and monitoring spend relating to technology equipment and related contracts
IT Support Analyst & Trainer Key Skills:
- 3 years+ providing general IT support and facilitating technology training in a law firm or professional services organisation
- Familiarity of document management systems and other legal applications
- Advanced level knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite
