THE IT SUPPORT & INSTALLATION ROLE:
This is a relatively senior role working in a dynamic team with varied responsibilities, including:

• Pre-configure software and hardware on point-of-sales equipment
• Once a week, visit clients within the UK to install equipment and answer customer questions
• Potentially attend emergency site visits to resolve issues
• Working in 2nd-3rd line support, managing tickets and resolving both software and networking issues.
• Raising usability issues and software bugs with developers.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS IT SUPPORT & INSTALLATION ROLE:
IT qualifications and experience in:

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Microsoft Server
• Networking
• Remote management and monitoring tools
• Development process

You must also be happy interacting with customers face-to-face and a great brand ambassador.
SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience
• Bonus after one year's service
• 26 days holiday + public holidays
