A well established, global business based in Waltham Cross are looking for a personable and engaging IT Support Assistant to join their team. This role will involve managing their 3rd party IT Support company (MSP), offering tech support to internal users and managing their website.
Key responsibilities will include:
Network and equipment management
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
Ensure all systems and software are up-to-date and functioning correctly
Manage and maintain the software to support business operations.
Perform daily maintenance and general upkeep of the company website.
Manage other online services and ensure they are running smoothly.
Perform routine updates and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide general IT support and troubleshoot any IT-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have worked previously in an IT Support role and will be great at building relationships with people. You will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and will be proactive with good time management. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and basic networking skills is essential.
The salary on offer for this role is £35,000 plus benefits.
