You’ll be providing 1st & 2nd line technical support which will be shared between the two main offices. This could be supporting a wide range of IT Hardware and system issues, WI-FI Scanning, resolving technical faults in the meeting room and anything in between. Role: IT Support - 1 year FTC Package: Starting at £29,000 + 5 weeks annual leave Location: Midlands - 3 days remote What we want from you: Experience working as a 1st / 2nd Line Support – Ideally 3 years in a support role. Solid customer service skills, this is crucial! Previous experience working in a multi-site business. Experience with O365, Ios / Android devices, video conferencing equipment.
