Joining a team of highly skilled technicians, engineers, and architects, you will play a key role in the business as it continues to growth and succeed.

In this role, the successful IT Support Technician would be responsible for general hardware installation, replacement, and decommissioning, assist with complex incident and changes escalated from the support team as well as ensuring all infrastructure systems and monitored and issues resolved quickly. As a senior member of the team, you will also undertake training as required, providing support and assistance to junior members of the team.

The ideal IT Support Technician would ideally have experience working within a similar role, hold and maintain some knowledge of networks, security, virtualisation, storage and migration. Experience with network devices such as CISCO, Juniper, SonicWall.

The Role:

• Hardware installation, replacement, decommissioning and migration.
• Team lead for servers, network devices.
• Manage infrastructure and IT company wide.

The Person:

• IT Support experience for Networks and infrastructure.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Local to Yeovil.
