SalaryMy global client based in Birmingham has an urgent requirement for an IT Support Engineer to join on an initial 12 month contract with possible extensions thereafter. Please note this is a Part Time role requiring working onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

- Supporting users in both a Windows and Mac environment
- Active Directory - Password resets, adding new users
- Windows 10 imaging, troubleshooting
- PC, Laptop and Printer hardware break/fix
- Basic network and server support
- Excellent communication skills
