You’ll be working for an IT services business in Harrogate. They’re the epitome of the right tool for the right job. You’ll be able to tailor your service to the client and you’ll have the time to get the job done properly the first time, they understand that giving you this keeps the customers happy with you and with the service.

Every solution they provide is bespoke to each client, meaning you’ll have access to a wide range of technologies and network solutions. The client base is a mix of on prem, DC hosted virtual desktops and Azure cloud solutions.

You’ll also be given the time to develop your technical skills in line with your interests; whether that’s cybersecurity, networking or cloud infrastructure. As an SME focussed business, you’ll need agility in everything you do, so any additional skills you can bring to the table are a bonus.

You’ll be able to get involved with projects as-well, ranging from network migrations and infrastructure upgrades to application implementations.

Who you’ll need to be:

· An experienced second or third line technician with strong M365 skills and one of the following skillsets: Virtualisation, Networking or Azure cloud.

· Able to travel to site every day.

· Must have indefinite leave to remain or British citizenship; they’re unable to sponsor visas.

Salary: Up to £32k (2nd Line) or up to £40k (3rd Line)

Location: Harrogate

Hours: 8 – 4.30 or 10 – 6pm Mon-Fri
