Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 PLUS 30 Days Holiday (Rising with Service), Flexible Working Hours, Company Bonus, Employee Assistance Package, Training Certifications / Qualifications and Private Pension.

We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a market leading Renewable Energy business based in Manchester. This company is going through a period of huge growth, looking to dominate the UK market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting internal users, ensuring the IT systems are running smoothly and providing technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff members, responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Identify and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and maintain the IT systems, ensuring they are functioning at all times.
- Install, configure and upgrade software applications and systems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and other networking protocols.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues.
- Proven experience with Windows Server operating systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
