Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Working pattern: Fully onsite

1st Line Support Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize multiple tickets and projects efficiently.
- Assist with technical support requests within the team, focusing on 1st line tickets and projects.
- Maintain and update IT documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Meet and exceed SLAs to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and staff to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tickets and requests.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on engagement and satisfaction.
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
