* Provide top-notch ICT support across our five offices in Coventry and Warwickshire.
* Be the go-to person for IT and Telephony systems administration.
* Collaborate with our ICT Manager to roll out innovative systems and procedures.
* Deliver exceptional first and second line support to our amazing colleagues.
* Ensure everyone has the tools they need to work effectively and efficiently.
* Dive into troubleshooting hardware and software issues with gusto.
* Keep our network running smoothly through your expert administration and troubleshooting skills.
* Communicate like a pro with end users, both on-site and remotely.
* Work closely with third-party support teams to keep everything ticking.

?? What You'll Bring:

* At least 3 years of experience in ICT support
* A relevant ICT qualification that proves you're the real deal.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills because, let's face it, you're practically a wizard.
* A knack for solving hardware and software problems like a champ.
* Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, RDS, TCP/IP, DNS, Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare), and Office 365 administration.
* Powershell skills that would make even a superhero jealous.
* Bonus points if you know your way around structured cabling and hardware setup.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
* A burning desire to learn and grow in your role.
