MCS Group is proud to be partnering with a growing MSP in the Tyrone area who are seeking to bring on board a New IT Support Team Lead to their small, and agile team. In this role you will take over responsibility of a small service desk team, get involved in client project work, and play a key role in improving, processes, and services across the board where you can see areas to improve.

- Lead the service desk team
- Deliver first-class service to your clients
- Report and improve on key metrics
- Streamline their processes, and automate tasks where suitable looking at areas of efficiency in the companies workflows
- Act as a senior point of escalation for those tricker issues that come up
Needed to succeed
- Strong technical ability across virtualisation, troubleshooting, and project work
- Have led, mentored, or managed a team of IT professionals
- Be able to commit to 5 days in the office or on-site in Co.Tyrone
